Tras ser liberada, y junto a otros 30.000 prisioneros, llegó al puerto finlandés de Malmö el 28 de abril de 1945. En julio se habría marchado hacia China, tras lo que se le pierde la pista. Pero en los años sesenta reaparece en Caracas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El caso ha salido a la luz gracias al trabajo documental de Magnus Gertten, realizador de los documentales &lt;em&gt;Harbour of Hope&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;(2011) y &lt;em&gt;&lt;a href="http://everyfacehasaname.com/nadine-hwang/"&gt;Every Face has a Name&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;(2015), en la web del cual se explica con detenimiento su itinerario vital.</text>
