Anuncio publicado en el periódico <em>Shenbao</em> 申报 de Shanghai de la película documental <em>España en llamas</em> (<em>Spain in Flames, </em><span>火中的西班牙), </span>compilada por Helen van Dongen en 1937 a partir de materiales fílmicos de la Guerra Civil Española y <span>narraciones de John Dos Passos y Hemingway, entre otros.</span> <br /><br /><span>A la derecha del título, se lee: "¡España! El mundo entero contempla ansioso tu devenir".</span><br /><br />La película se pudo ver en el Shanghai Cinema (上海大戏院), sito en el número 523 de North Sichuan Road y tal y como el cartel prometía, ofreció imágenes de gran crudeza sobre el conflicto español. Se exhibió en versión original con subtítulos chinos.
